Commendable service ! The pleasant experience with Ray started when i first rented my property which continued for 5 years till the day I decided to sell it. He was always contactable and prompt in responses, and most importantly, with a positive attitude. He managed to rent my house within a very short time and to very respectable tenants. He also took initiatives to respond to the tenants’ requests while providing me updates promptly. This is definitely a plus point for me due to my busy work schedule. I was also very impressed by his speed of delivery for the sale of my property – it was sold within a few days after Ray put up some impressive photos of it. Needless to say, the sale procedure also went smoothly thereafter. With Ray as your agent, rest assured that you’ll be in safe hands.

I rented property through Square Foot Property. Overall the service is very good. Viewing of the property was organised well without any delay. It wasn’t an open viewing so we had enough time to view the property and talk to Ray about any details. Signing the contract and all paper work went smoothly and I got keys on the agreed day. What I like the most are the very prompt responses every time that I needed to contact Ray. I’ve been dealing with Ray and he has always been very helpful and quickly responded to all my queries or requests. I would highly recommend Square Foot Property. Also Ray ensured we get the deposit back immediately once we vacated the property. Thumbs up to Ray for amazing support and help during moving-in and moving-out.

Sorry I meant to ask, if I should really pay for the new aircon? What should I do?

Hi Ray,

I did not service the aircon quarterly as stated in the TA. Only once including repaired it at my own cost when it was leaking. Now the landlords asked her constructor to do servicing as it is the end of my one year contract. I will not be renewing the lease. The aircon is still working but the technician claimed that this aircon is badly damaged and suggested landlord to get a new one. Which now they asked me to compensate due to the fact that I did not service it regularly.

Hello Ray,

Need your advice…. I would like to check if occupier can be the witness to the TA.
