I have been extremely pleased with the help that Ray has given me in finding a house. There are a couple of things about him that really stand out: 1) Extremely well organized – Ray is really well organized and comes well prepared for showing houses. In fact, typically, we line up 4-5 visits back to back before we decide to go hunting. This shows that he values the client’s time and wants to make the best of it. 2) Understands my needs – If there is one criticism of agents in Singapore, it is that they tend to be supply driven (i.e. they show you what is available, not what I want to see). In contrast, Ray takes the effort to understand exactly what I am looking for and shows houses that are in line with my specs. He always came prepared with a good understanding of the places to visit so that no time is wasted. 3) Goes out his way – Whether it is offering to pick you up, or negotiating with the owner, or helping out when there is a disagreement with the owner, Ray goes out of his way to help. Ray did a great job when we freshly arrived to Singapore. He was very patient and tried his best to meet our requirements concerning our tight time schedule, our responsible budget and distinctive furniture and location wishes. I rented property through Square Foot Property. Overall the service is very good. Viewing of the property was organised well without any delay. It wasn’t an open viewing so we had enough time to view the property and talk to Ray about any details. Signing the contract and all paper work went smoothly and I got keys on the agreed day. What I like the most are the very prompt responses every time that I needed to contact Ray. I’ve been dealing with Ray and he has always been very helpful and quickly responded to all my queries or requests. I would highly recommend Square Foot Property. Commendable service ! The pleasant experience with Ray started when i first rented my property which continued for 5 years till the day I decided to sell it. He was always contactable and prompt in responses, and most importantly, with a positive attitude. He managed to rent my house within a very short time and to very respectable tenants. He also took initiatives to respond to the tenants’ requests while providing me updates promptly. This is definitely a plus point for me due to my busy work schedule.
