Selling this property is one of the most challenging unit that we have faced so far.
It is in an original condition since 1980s, walls dark colours, window grills in the original condition, lights are just light bulbs, the house is very dirty, dark, facing the main road, above the coffeeshop, noisy and dusty..
Although the house is in a bad shape, SELLER is willing to pay to transform the house. We took up the challenge and told SELLER not to do anything and give us 2 weeks to try because we wanted to save some cost for SELLER.

Owner shared with us his 3 main concerns when selling this house:

3) Age of property getting older, data showing price downward trend
We came up with a marketing plan, great responses from the buyers & co-broke agents. In the end, to have a very transparency bidding, we used a seal box where everyone puts their bids in and wait for owner to announce the result. It was fun and exciting for everyone. We are glad that all the SELLERS’ concerns have been addressed and beyond their targeted expectations.
