Things to lookout for when you are serving a Landlord:
- Ownership proof – purchase from INLIS (https://www.sla.gov.sg/inlis/#/)
- Keep a copy of the EP or passes AND Passport details
- Verify that the passes are valid. Check Β (https://eponline.mom.gov.sg/epol/PEPOLUAMT012DisplayAction.do)
- Do inventory list
- Photo taking of the house (part of the inventory list) and copy into CD for Landlord and Tenant to keep as proof
- Ensure Tenant has transferred the utilities to his account
- Ensure that the Tenancy Agreement contract is stamped by IRAS (within 14days upon signing of contract)
